JEEP LIFE AND THE GREAT OUTDOORS
"Not all those who wander are lost"
I love this time of year! Changing seasons, freezing temperatures and believe it or not, the dying off of the old. Bare trees and empty landscapes can mean only one thing...winter is coming and with winter comes a refreshing of nature. The animals are resting and the plants are preparing to burst into life come spring.
In the mean time I get to enjoy the solitude of a snow capped mountain or a beautiful frozen desert sunrise while I contemplate my own fresh start.
As another year wraps, we to have the chance to close the door on the past and open one to the future. We to get to kill off whatever it is that kept us from succeeding this past year. Whatever it was within us that kept us from experiencing more, from loving more. We can begin again though, this time doing what it takes to make ourselves better versions of our last year's self. We get to use the earths nature cycle to also remind us that we need to continually prune ourselves from what is unhealthy mentally, physically and spiritually from our own beings so we, just like nature around us can start again clean, fresh and new.
This is holiday season spend some time examining yourself. If you're not heading where you want to be, let the roadblocks die off with winter so you can start again ready for the world.
